• No refunds or reimbursements for unused services in the package
• Refunds cannot be claimed for shortened or interrupted stays

Payment Terms

• Initial Booking Fee: ₹19,999 per person as a booking amount
• 50% Payment Requirement: Before visa processing, customers must settle 50% of the outstanding balance after the initial booking
• Final Payment: Remaining balance to be cleared once visa, insurance, and hotel vouchers are issued
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including bank transfers, NEFT, RTGS, as well as other convenient options.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Booking Payments: All initial booking payments are non-refundable.
• No Refund on Packages: All travel packages are non-refundable; cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
• No Refund for Immigration Denials or COVID Restrictions: If denied immigration or due to COVID protocols, refunds are not available.
• Airline Cancellation Policies: Cancellation fees are based on airline terms; we are not liable for any charges incurred.
• Flight Modifications: Flight changes are subject to airline policies. For refunds on tickets booked through us, please contact our team.
• Unused Services: No refunds are provided for any services left unused during the tour.

Thank you for choosing All India Hajj Umrah (“All India Hajj Umrah”) . We take all efforts to make sure that you have a delightful Umrah and Ziyarat Tour experience. To avoid any misunderstanding, we request you to read, understand and abide by the below ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Once you book any tour or service with All India Hajj Umrah, it is understood that you are giving your unqualified consent to accept and abide by the ‘Terms and Conditions’. In case you disagree with any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’, kindly do not proceed with the booking.

• This budget package does not include luxury amenities.
• Travelers must present their vaccination certificate if fully vaccinated.
• Any adjustments to airfare or visa fees must be settled prior to departure.
• Low-cost airlines do not provide child fare discounts.
• The budget Umrah package accommodates 5-6 pilgrims per room.
• Room services vary by hotel and are not included in the package.
• Cleaning frequency for room services varies, occurring every 2 to 3 days. If your room has not been cleaned, please notify reception. If issues persist, contact our support team.
• Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed; adherence is required.
• Meal schedules must be strictly followed: Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, Lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and Dinner from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Drinking water is available only in the mess area.
• In Mecca and Medina, check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. Early arrivals may experience delays in room availability due to cleaning after guest departures. Note: The Saudi government mandates these check-in and check-out times.
• The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; it can be obtained through the NUSUK app issued by the Saudi government.
• Visa issuance is at the KSA embassy's discretion; we are not liable for any rejections, delays, or errors regarding Umrah visas, and visa fees are non-refundable.
• In the event of a visa delay or rejection by the KSA Embassy, we are not responsible. Visa fees are non-refundable, and you will be liable for any cancellation fees related to issued tickets. Any changes or rescheduling requests will incur airline charges.
• If your designated hotel in Mecca or Medina is unavailable due to service-related issues, we will provide equivalent-quality accommodation at a similar distance.
• We cannot be held accountable for delays, postponements, or cancellations in flight schedules. These issues are the responsibility of the airlines, which are subject to various factors, including technical difficulties, weather changes, or unforeseen cancellations. Your understanding is appreciated during such events.
• If an airline delays, postpones, or cancels your flight, we are not liable. These disruptions are often due to factors beyond our control, including technical issues and weather changes. Rescheduling or urgent flight changes may incur charges.
• Any fluctuation in SAR currency must be settled before departure.
• The distance from your hotel to Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif may differ across platforms; we measure from the boundaries of these locations to the hotel.
• Tour programs and dates are tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
• The tour operator or guide is not responsible for lost luggage.
• Hotels in Mecca and Medina do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen passports or luggage at airports.
• Pilgrims requiring wheelchair assistance should bring their own.
• Laundry services are available twice in Mecca and once in Medina, with a limit of four pieces per person in Medina.
• If your package includes shared transportation, please be aware that delays may occur at Jeddah Airport, especially during busy periods such as Muharram, Ramadan, Eid, and Milad Un Nabi, or due to unexpected emergencies declared by the Saudi government.
• We arrange local Ziyarat tours in Mecca and Medina, supervised by a tour guide. These tours comply with Saudi government regulations, which may occasionally result in the removal of certain Ziyarat from the itinerary. Access to all Ziyarat is subject to government rules, and factors such as overcrowding or emergencies may affect visitability during busy seasons like Ramadan or Eid.
• If your package includes private transportation, please note that additional charges may apply if you request more seats or upgrades for luggage, especially for transfers between Medina and either the Madina or Jeddah airports, as luggage often exceeds expected quantities.
• Indian laws govern all claims, disputes, and lawsuits regarding our tours, with Delhi courts holding exclusive jurisdiction.
